When it opened in 1920 this was the worlds biggest building and still represents a remarkable piece of architecture today. From this side the image is shot into sun which shows less detail but the light reflected from the water on Stanley Dock gives a pleasing effect. The image above is reduced from the original 3504 X 2336 pixels to 800 X 550 pixels.
