St Giles Parish Church was built at the end of the 15th century and is one of the finest medieval churches in Wales. It also contains tomb of Elihu Yale, of Yale University. Many people believe tower at the Houses of Parliament was copied from the church tower and it inspired the Harkness Tower at Yale university in the USA.
