In 2010 the tower blocks were refurbished with with " ROCKPANEL" façade cladding and the photograph shows the cladding work just starting on Norland House . The £16.3mrefurbishment project was undertaken by Architects ECD and as well as cladding involved rooftop extensions and Photovoltaics panels.
