aerial photograph of Dudmaston Hall & Gardens, Quatt Shropshire UK. Grade II listed Dudmaston Hall is a Queen Anne mansion built in the 17th century to replace a 16th century hall which in turn replaced a medieval structure in the same location. The architect was probably Francis Smith of Warwick (1672–1738) who also designed Derby Cathedral and Belton House in Lincolnshire. The house was acquired by the National Trust in 1978 and is open to the public.
